ActiLingua Vienna – German and Work Experience (Paid)

ActiLingua offers German courses in combination with paid or unpaid work experience. The program is divided into two parts. First, the student has to attend and complete a German preparatory course in Vienna for at least a month. Followed by a work placement concluding a minimum of one to two months at Austrian companies and establishments, e.g, hotel, restaurant, travel agency, import/export company or ski school selected meticulously.
While the unpaid work experience is only accessible to students from Non-EU, the Paid Work course, on the other hand, is for students coming from the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland. The remuneration is ranging from 330-800 Euro per month for a 40 hour week. Accommodation and insurance are covered by the employer or financed by an appropriate higher salary. However, please take note that the availability of paid work experience is limited and can only be permitted to applicants with very good German skills.

Working hours according to interest: 20-40 hours/week
Minimum duration: 8 weeks tuition + 4 /8 weeks work experience
Duration: 12-52 weeks

Placement at an Austrian company
