Location


One of Twin Summer Camps is set in Ravensbourne, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich in South East London. The camp has excellent transport connections, which allow us to explore London’s best attractions. It is 16 minutes from Westminster and only 3 minutes from Canary Wharf and its impressive skyscrapers, shops and restaurants.


Major sights nearby


London is home to the world’s most famous tourist attractions. They include the London Eye, the Madame Tussaud’s Museum, Big Ben, the Buckingham Palace, and many others.
Buckingham Palace is the legal residence of Queen Elizabeth. Besides, one of the main places of interest is the Tower of London, one of the oldest buildings used as a royal residence, fortress, prison, mint, and zoo. Today it is the place where the Crown Jewels are kept.
Trafalgar Square is one of the great spots. It was named after the victory in the Battle of Trafalgar. There is Nelson’s column with four lions in the centre of the square. Nearby this site, you can visit National Gallery, St. Martin-in-the-field and Admiralty Arch.
Don’t lose your chance to go to a historic area of London, Westminster. It includes such landmarks as Westminster Abbey, coronation and burial site for all British kings and queens, and the Palace of Westminster, the House of Commons’ meeting place and the House of Lords.

Ravensbourne Summer Camp offers young learners homestay accommodation. Staying with a host family gives students a chance to become a local family member, eating together and sharing common living areas. Students can practice English outside the classroom and socialise with native speakers in a home and friendly atmosphere. Homestay accommodation is a perfect way to immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions. Families provide students with full-board meals – breakfast, packed lunch and dinner each day.
