Location


The twin homestay summer programme occurs in St. Tiernan’s Community School, situated in the residential suburb of Dundrum. The School has a perfect location because all the host families are within walking distance.
The twin residential summer programme occurs in King’s Hospital College situated on the River Liffey banks, just 20 minutes away from the Dublin centre and only 15 minutes from the airport.

Dublin Summer Homestay Camp offers young learners homestay accommodation with twin or triple rooms. The centre is located at St. Tiernan’s Community School in the secure, middle-class residential suburb of Dundrum. Home to one of the biggest shopping malls in Europe. The centre offers a basketball court, table tennis, and sports fields for football, volleyball or Irish sports. Staying with a host family gives students a chance to become a local family members, eating together and sharing common living areas. Students can practice English outside the classroom and socialise with native speakers in a home and friendly atmosphere. Homestay accommodation is a perfect way to immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions. The hosts are located within walking distance of the School, so students can go to school on foot, in groups. Families provide students with full-board meals – breakfast, packed lunch and dinner each day.
Dublin Summer Residence Camp at King’s Hospital College offers young learners entirely refurbished residential accommodation with 5 or 6-bedded en-suite or twin en-suite rooms, a heated indoor swimming pool, a theatre and music rooms, vast sports facilities including rugby, football, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a large campus grounds with big green areas. It offers amazing views of the river, and woods and is found 20 minutes away from the city centre and the airport. A student residence is an excellent place where juniors can live with their peers, socialise, and spend free time together.
