Studio Cambridge is driven by the mission to bring together people from all parts of the world and learn English in England. This will result in people being more culturally aware, increased tolerance and overall intellectual curiosity. The learning environment provided by the school is safe and home-like. Along with learning English, the students will learn about British life, culture and history. The school is also accredited and a Full Circle Education Group of Schools, British Council, English UK, IALC, IELTS and Cambridge Assessment English.
Even though the school is large and well-known, the students will be treated with a lot of care. There is a 24-hour helpline available for students as well as health insurance for free.
The school has an imposing reputation as one of the longest-established English language schools in Britain from its foundation in 1954. There is a range of specialised courses available which are taught by highly professional and qualified teachers. Students are also able to choose the type of accommodation, have free after-class activities and experience the excellent location in Cambridge.
The school also runs seven summer camps from the ages of 8 to 19. Three of these take place in Cambridge. The school has experience in running these camps for many years. The first camp started running over 50 years ago, and the newest one started in the last ten years. The centres are either managed at Studio Cambridge, one of the Cambridge University colleges or some other reputable schools and colleges.
Each camp is specially made for the different age groups, including the academic, sports and social aspects, and accommodation and supervision. All centres include many activities that supplement the English language lessons, and the program is full so that there is always something happening. Exercises consist of sports, arts and crafts, local visits, language games and parties.
Many of the camps have options or themes such as Global Leaders, Cambridge University Discovery, Coding, Dance, Creative Social Media or IELTS.
