OSE has a particular summer school for juniors opened for six weeks (July, August). Seventeen thousand young students have visited summer language courses and fascinating activity programmes since opening in Oxford 20 years ago.
Central Oxford campus in the heart of Oxford is a great place full of a vibrant mix of nationalities, where each year around 600 students enjoy the full programme of excursions and social activities, combining English tuition with practical skills.


LOCATION


OSE is located in the centre of the city. Various shops, cafes, bars, museums, university colleges are within a few walking minutes from wonderful OSE college building. The college is close to all city landmarks and transport facilities.


MAJOR SIGHTS NEARBY


Oxford is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The famous Oxford University is the oldest educational institution in the world with 38 keen colleges to visit. Oxford sightseeing includes the Bodleian Library, Carfax Tower, St Mary’s Church, unique Magdalena Bridge over the River Cherwell, and the 400-year-old Botanic Garden. Oxford is home to numerous museums and galleries: the Ashmolean Museum, the University Museum of Natural History, the Pitt Rivers Museum, the Museum of the History of Science, Modern Art Oxford, the Story Museum and others. On weekends, you can take a day trip to London or Cambridge and enjoy their attractions.

ACCOMMODATION


Residential accommodation
Students live in OSE residential accommodation participate in activities every evening, while students in homestay join them twice per week.
OSE residential accommodation is located in a 6-minute walk from the campus. Stylish flats of 8 and 10 en-suite bedrooms, each with a joint-use meeting room. For residential students, hot lunch is included.

Homestay accommodation
Four hundred homestay families are welcome students. Homestay is the most popular accommodation option. Living with Oxford families is the best way to learn more about the UK and British culture, and let students practise their English in typical British surroundings. For homestay students, breakfast and evening meals are included. The minimum age for homestay accommodation is 16+.
