Toronto is the largest city, also the financial capital of Canada. Embassy Toronto is located at York University, 30 minutes by metro from the centre.


MAJOR SIGHTS NEARBY


Toronto is full of tourist attractions from museums and galleries to the world-famous CN Tower and Toronto Islands. CN Tower is the 553-meter structure which can be seen from everywhere in the city. Just a short drive away, Toronto is Niagara Falls.
The Royal Ontario Museum is one of the premier museums with an international reputation, which houses outstanding art collections, history and culture.
Besides, a must-see place to visit is Ripley’s Aquarium features all kinds of marine life.
It is a well-known fact that Canada is proud of its hockey. If you are going to find out more about Canadian sport, you should go to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It offers to see the Stanley Cup.
On weekends, you can take a day trip to different cities: Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec or to the USA: New York, Boston, Chicago.

The highly qualified staff organises engaging cultural and leisure time activities to entertain students after classes and weekends. They are offered to take part in multiple excursions, a large number of school events where they can practice their language skills. Each programme is well organised. There is no time to be bored. A large number of entertainment and sports activities are provided for students. Everyday activities are aimed at making friends, practising the English language and developing essential life skills. Events are organised in evenings and afternoons.

ACCOMMODATION


Student Residence
Students are accommodated at Tatham Hall student residence in standard single or twin rooms with shared bathrooms. Meals are arranged in a sizeable self-service dining hall or the university food court.
