LOCATION

It is 15 minutes from our school to Brandenburg Gate, one of Berlin’s best-known landmarks. This national symbol is located on the border between the former East and West Berlin. Earlier it was a sign of the city’s division, but now it is a sign of German unity.
Besides, the Reichstag is one of the city’s main sights. On the city tour, you can see the Berlin Town Hall, the big Berlin Cathedral, the State Opera House and Humboldt University. All these landmarks will leave a lasting impression on you.
Sandwiched between the River Spree and the Kupfergraben in a 400-meter long canal, Spree Island is better known as Museum Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. AVAILABLE SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PROGRAMMES


DID Summer School provides students with exciting activity programs, which are included in the price of the course. The culture programs help to plunge into the German atmosphere, traditions and mentality. Besides, students are offered to take part in different sports activities (team games) and entertainment (shows, film screenings, and competitions). Once a week, students go on a full-day excursion.


ACCOMMODATION


Homestay

Students will live with selected German host families. It is an excellent opportunity to practice the German language after classes to improve your skills. You will learn about the German way of life and traditions. All families will be glad to welcome international students.

Residence

    Berlin Park Residence is situated in the central district of Berlin, Berlin-Mitte. It takes you a few minutes to get to the main landmarks of the city. Classes are held in the residence itself.
